As a Lane Server, you will be the friendly face and main point of customer interaction, responsible for providing guests with delicious food and beverages from the signature menu while ensuring exceptional service that encourages repeat visits. Your day-to-day duties will include taking and delivering food and drink orders, closing out tabs efficiently, and maintaining thorough knowledge of menu items, current promotions, and specials to relay this information to guests effectively. Checking in with guests regularly and assisting with any questions or issues will be key in upholding Lucky Strike Entertainment's high service standards. You will also help maintain the tidiness and overall appeal of the center, managing your assigned work area by stocking and organizing as needed. Additionally, you will have opportunities to upsell and recommend experiences within the entertainment center that enhance the guests' visit. This position is suited for those with a customer-focused mindset who enjoy working in dynamic settings where teamwork and communication are critical. The Lane Server role requires individuals who can thrive in an energetic entertainment environment where walking, bending, and standing for extended periods are routine, and occasional lifting with assistance may be necessary.
