As a company, Del Taco places a strong emphasis on teamwork, innovation, and growth through leadership and employee development. This role is for a Restaurant Manager position reporting directly to the District Manager. The Restaurant Manager plays a critical leadership role responsible for protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand. This position is pivotal in driving sales growth while maximizing efficiency and profitability in restaurant operations. The successful candidate will lead by example, ensuring that all team members are fully trained, certified, and motivated to uphold the brand's standards and values. Additionally, they are deeply involved in the development of team members and future managerial talent through ongoing mentorship and training. Operationally, the Restaurant Manager must execute Del Taco’s standards with 100% adherence to processes and systems daily. This encompasses maintaining the facility and customer areas, ensuring equipment meets operational and safety standards, and delivering products that consistently meet quality benchmarks. The manager enforces strict cleaning schedules, ensures employees are properly uniformed, and maintains consistent, high-quality service experiences.
