- Minimum 1 year experience as barista from specialty coffee shop
- Able to calibrate and dial in espresso and filter coffee with precision
- Deliver warm and authentic hospitality to each guest
- Previous work experience as bartender or fine dining restaurants is a plus
- Ensure both coffee and matcha sections are always clean, sharp, and organized
- Be flexible and proactive to support seamless operation from prep to team coordination
- Maintain brand standards during high volume moments
- Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Food handler certification
