• formal education equivalent of bs degree in marketing, broadcast communications, journalism or related field
• two years marketing, sales, project management, or media experience preferred
• must be organized with exceptional attention to detail skills
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• advanced knowledge of microsoft office suite including word, excel, powerpoint
• knowledge of adobe acrobat and photoshop
• willingness and enthusiasm to learn new systems
• ability to maintain confidentiality
• experience or interest in coordinating corporate and community events
• ability to make quick and appropriate decisions and gain cooperation of others
• some in-state travel required
• must be flexible and available to work some evening and weekend events
• must have or be able to obtain a valid oklahoma driver's license and have a driving record acceptable to the company
