The role demands physical endurance, as it includes considerable walking, standing, and carrying trays weighing up to fifty pounds. Additionally, incumbents must demonstrate the ability to handle guest relations diplomatically, support team members, and comply with all relevant internal and external policies. The position also has a starting salary of $10.35 which is negotiable based on experience and education, reflecting the company’s recognition of applicants' varied expertise. • must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
• high school diploma or equivalency preferred
• customer service and at least three years of fine dining server experience preferred
• proficient in large tray service
• must have an outgoing friendly personality and a cheerful accommodating disposition

• ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively and interact well with customers and employees
