• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Working knowledge operating a commercial dishwasher
• Familiarity with industry's best practices
• Previous restaurant dishwashing experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid food safety handler and sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend and stoop
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in a loud, busy kitchen environment with exposure to heat, cold, slippery floors and cleaning chemicals
