The Kitchen Manager II (KM) role at Din Tai Fung represents a critical leadership position within the kitchen team, charged with overseeing the execution and operational excellence of key kitchen stations such as the Wok, Noodle, and Expo lines. This role involves a combination of hands-on culinary expertise and strong managerial skills aimed at maintaining high food quality, optimal inventory management, and fostering the growth and development of the kitchen staff. The Kitchen Manager II serves as a vital link between different kitchen teams, working closely with the Assistant Kitchen Manager and Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency. The salary for this position ranges from $92,300 to $115,400 annually, reflecting the importance of experience, expertise, current business needs, and market conditions.
