• High school diploma or equivalent
• previous experience as a baker or in a related food preparation role preferred
• knowledge of OSHA and food safety regulations
• ability to follow standardized recipes and production guidelines
• physical stamina to perform duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
• willingness to wear required uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
