This exciting opportunity is for the role of Kitchen Manager within Buffalo Wild Wings, an essential leadership position responsible for managing the Heart-of-House (HOH) team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the execution of high culinary standards, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. You will lead, train, and motivate HOH team members to deliver outstanding food quality and service that meets the brand’s legendary reputation. This role calls for a hands-on approach to managing kitchen workflows, inventory control, food safety protocols, labor management, and team development. The Kitchen Manager will operate closely with other management and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination and memorable guest experiences.

- 2 years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service
