As a Kitchen Leader, you will be trained to prepare high-quality food, including grilling meats and sautéing vegetables, ensuring every dish meets Chipotle's strict standards for taste and presentation. You will have the responsibility to maintain food quality, monitor inventory and food waste, and manage kitchen equipment to ensure it remains clean, organized, and fully operational. Additionally, you will play a pivotal leadership role by mentoring and developing Crew members, guiding them to become future Kitchen Leaders themselves. This role is not only about technical skills but also about fostering a positive team dynamic between the back-of-house and front-of-house staff, enhancing teamwork, and promoting a seamless customer experience. You will also handle administrative duties such as filling out Material Safety Data Sheets and inventory rotation records. Chipotle offers a competitive base pay ranging from $16.65 to $18.53 per hour, complemented by digital tips and a robust benefits package.
