The position of Kitchen Leader at Chipotle offers an exciting career opportunity for individuals passionate about food quality and leadership. As a Kitchen Leader, you will be integral to ensuring that the food served is delicious and prepared to Chipotle’s exacting standards. This role not only requires mastering food preparation techniques such as grilling meats and sautéing vegetables but also involves supporting overall kitchen operations, including monitoring food waste, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance. More than just managing food preparation, the Kitchen Leader plays a crucial role in mentoring and training Crew members, helping them evolve into future leaders within the kitchen. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring strong teamwork and effective communication skills to foster a cohesive environment between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Chipotle offers competitive pay ranging from $19.70 to $21.91 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn digital tips.
