Chipotle is currently seeking a Kitchen Leader to join its dynamic team. In this role, the Kitchen Leader is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen, monitoring equipment to ensure it is properly maintained, and promptly addressing any malfunctions. The role demands a thorough understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy—an ethos that emphasizes ethically sourced ingredients and environmentally conscious practices. The Kitchen Leader must work closely with both the back-of-house and front-of-house teams to promote effective communication and teamwork, ensuring seamless service flow and consistent food quality. Additionally, the position involves important administrative tasks such as managing inventory, monitoring food waste, filling out safety documentation, and enforcing health and safety guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
