We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated culinary leader to join us as a Kitchen Lead / Assistant Kitchen Manager. This position is a crucial part of our kitchen leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, supervising junior staff, and ensuring that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our elevated standards of quality and presentation.
The role of the Kitchen Lead / Assistant Kitchen Manager requires a hands-on approach to food preparation and kitchen management. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency across multiple kitchen stations, including salad, sautee, and pizza, showcasing versatility and culinary skill. In this fast-paced environment, efficiency and attention to detail are paramount.
