The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role, demonstrating strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food management practices. You will be expected to lead and mentor our kitchen staff, encouraging creativity and professionalism. Collaboration with our dietary department is essential to accommodate special dietary needs, ensuring every meal served aligns with individual preferences and health requirements. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, as well as contract positions, with a competitive pay rate ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
• strong knowledge of culinary techniques food management and safety standards
• experience in menu planning and inventory management
• ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high morale among staff members
• excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required
• passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes
