We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. As the first point of contact for everyone entering our facility, the Receptionist will play an essential role in shaping the positive experience visitors and staff have when they arrive. This role is vital in maintaining organized communication flow and providing administrative support crucial to our daily operations. The successful candidate will greet visitors warmly, answer incoming phone calls promptly, and direct callers to the appropriate parties while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times. This position requires someone who is comfortable using office equipment such as copiers, mailing machines, and a 10-key calculator, and who has proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication skills, including a clear and pleasant phone voice, customer service experience, and the ability to multitask efficiently, are important attributes for this position.
