The Front Office Manager role at Kimpton Hotels is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all front office operations and maintaining a superior level of guest service.   • 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry
  • bachelor's degree is preferred
  • ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of integrity
  • ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally
  • experience with Opera and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
