The role being offered is for a Freight Forwarder focused on Air Export within the Air & Sea US division located in Seattle, Washington. This is a full-time position where the candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of air freight export shipments. The individual will play a key role in facilitating the exportation process by handling scheduling with airlines, managing shipment documentation, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers and third-party service providers. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Freight Forwarder will prepare and process vital export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations. The role also involves tracking shipments and providing timely status updates to customers, fostering strong customer relationships, and addressing any concerns to ensure satisfaction. Close collaboration with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations is essential to streamline workflows and guarantee service delivery that meets or exceeds expectations. This position requires a knowledge base rooted in air freight logistics, customs compliance, and international trade laws. Candidates with prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields are preferred. Strong mathematical skills to calculate costs and rates, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software, are important for success. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are considered an asset. • Prior experience in freight forwarding logistics or a related field is preferred
