The Department Manager positions at World Wide Wings are pivotal leadership roles with specialized functions tailored to specific operational areas within the restaurant: the Heart of House (HOH), Bar Department, and Hospitality. Each Department Manager assumes responsibility for managing their respective department’s operations, staff, quality controls, and financial performance.
The Heart of House Department Manager role centers on overseeing all food and product-related matters within the kitchen and back-of-house operations. This manager ensures food quality, safety compliance, inventory control, and labor management to support profitability objectives. They supervise team member planning, development, and training to maintain performance and safety standards. The Bar Department Manager focuses on managing all adult beverage operations, including procurement, inventory, compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service (RAS), and beverage quality.
