This role is based at a high-end Lexus dealership where you will be integral to maintaining the highest standards of client service and hospitality. The position offers the opportunity to work morning to late afternoon, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. As a team member, you will greet customers as they arrive, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include creating shopping lists to maintain well-stocked supplies, although you will not be required to do the shopping yourself. An important aspect of your role is ensuring cleanliness and organization of your workspace. You will be tasked with checking product temperatures to comply with health codes, baking fresh goods like cookies and brownies, and performing deep cleaning duties for equipment. You will also stock the bakery case and refreshment fridge to keep the selection fresh and attractive for customers. Additionally, there is room to expand your creativity by developing new drink ideas and creating eye-catching signage to enhance the customer experience.
