The role available is for a restaurant hostess/host who will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in a courteous and timely manner while ensuring a high standard of food and service quality. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service. Duties include answering phones, taking reservations, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with various side work tasks to support servers and bussers. The role also involves maintaining the dining area's cleanliness and order, periodically checking on customers to guarantee their satisfaction, and performing closing and setup tasks.
Safety and compliance are paramount in this role, including verifying legal drinking age by checking identification and adhering to company policies. The position requires access to the gaming area and may occasionally involve working at the Lawrenceburg Event Center. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push or pull heavy carts, and operate under various temperature conditions. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess basic computer skills, and have good communication and reasoning abilities.
