The role of Operations Generalist at Petco is an integral position focused on ensuring the seamless execution of merchandising and inventory strategies within the Pet Care Center. This position is essential to maintaining optimal store operations that align with Petco’s processes and commitment to guest satisfaction. As an Operations Generalist, individuals will be responsible for stock management, shelf organization, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the Pet Care Center. The position also involves working the cash register and engaging directly with guests to provide an excellent experience for both the pet and their parent. This role requires a passion for animal welfare, health, and proper care, along with the ability to be a positive and supportive team member.
