The role of Shift Leader is vital within WKS Restaurant Group's organizational structure, responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The Shift Leader must demonstrate excellent communication skills for clear interaction with management and staff, and resolution of customer issues promptly and professionally using company-developed service methods. Physical demands are an essential consideration in this role, requiring ability to perform activities such as reaching, bending, standing, lifting objects up to 75 pounds with assistance, climbing, and pushing or pulling. The Shift Leader must be comfortable with technology platforms including POS systems like SBO.net and company communication tools such as WKSConnect and WeLearn.
