As a Kitchen Leader, you will engage in hands-on food preparation including grilling meats and sautéing vegetables, ensuring that every meal served is fresh and delicious. Key responsibilities also include overseeing the cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the kitchen, as well as ensuring all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational. This position demands a proactive, team-oriented mindset, where Kitchen Leaders work closely with both back-of-house and front-of-house crew members to foster a collaborative environment and to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Constantly on your feet, you will take initiative by accomplishing your station’s tasks and stepping in to assist teammates whenever necessary. Additionally, Kitchen Leaders play an essential role in upholding health and safety regulations, filling out material safety data sheets (MSDS), and managing inventory rotation according to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method.
