The Juice and Specialty Products Preparation position is a vital role within Product Connections, responsible for preparing juice and other specialty products for purchase. This is an hourly position with a pay rate ranging from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour. The role demands precision and adherence to safety and compliance standards during product preparation and demonstrations. Employees in this role must properly set up and prepare areas designated for specialized food products and follow all program and safety guidelines meticulously, including handling hot machinery and sharp blades. Responsibilities include adhering to safe food handling, packaging, labeling, merchandising, and disposal procedures, and accurately completing all reporting requirements, including online documentation. The role also entails regular communication by checking product event schedules, corporate news updates, event changes, and supervisor requests via email. Completion of certifications and attendance at training sessions are mandatory to maintain compliance and safety standards. The job requires maintaining a clean and sterile work environment using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment. Flexibility and teamwork are important as employees assist teammates with event setup, cleanup, and kitchen duties when needed.
