The Front Office Supervisor position is a vital role at JSK Hospitality and is currently open at two of its properties: Courtyard Marriott DTSB and Springhill Suites on 933. This supervisory role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The Front Office Supervisor will manage and train front desk staff, assist in resolving guest inquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate records of guest transactions. This role is a bridge between guests and other hotel departments including housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and accounting to guarantee smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include shift management, staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. The role requires proficiency in hotel property management systems and reservation software, along with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
