We are currently seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team for morning, noon, and night shifts. As a Crew Member at Johnny's, you will be the face of our brand, entrusted with delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that every visitor leaves with a positive experience. Your role will involve greeting customers warmly, operating the cash register with accuracy, preparing fresh food and beverages following our established recipes, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the store. You will act as a vital link between Johnny's and our valued customers, helping to build loyalty and a sense of community. This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.50 to $16.50, reflective of your dedication and skills.
The Crew Member role is not just about routine tasks but about creating a fun and friendly shopping experience. You will listen attentively to customer requests or concerns and communicate these to management to enhance service quality. Compliance with federal and state regulations is essential, including verifying customer identification for alcohol and tobacco sales. Physical activity is a part of the job, including standing, walking, lifting, and stocking shelves. - Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and courteously with customers, vendors, co-workers and supervisors
