The role of Captain for the Gulfstream 550 based in Teterboro, New Jersey, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Jet Aviation’s distinguished Part 91 flight operations. This position is designed for an experienced pilot with a strong safety record and dedication to operational excellence. The Captain functions as the pilot-in-command, tasked with the full responsibility of commanding flights, ensuring the safety and security of passengers and aircraft, and upholding the company’s high standards and regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to the lead captain, the individual in this role will oversee flight operations, manage in-flight decisions, and maintain clear communication with the second in command and operational teams. This onsite position supports a flexible work arrangement and demands a professional ready to work worldwide, embracing the dynamic nature of the aviation industry. Safety, efficiency, and quality are paramount in this role, alongside a commitment to representing Jet Aviation internally and externally as a brand ambassador. The Captain will navigate complex flight conditions, coordinate with maintenance teams regarding aircraft discrepancies, and ensure thorough documentation and regulatory adherence. This role requires a hands-on approach to flight management and an ability to operate effectively in diverse environments, including upscale customer settings and heavy maintenance hangars.                 - Must possess an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate Aircraft Type Rating

 - 75 hours actual or simulated instrument
