The role of Food Production Manager in our hospital kitchen is both challenging and rewarding. This position is central to managing the day-to-day operations of food preparation and production. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting nutritious and palatable meals that meet the unique needs of hospital patients as well as our dedicated employees and visitors. You will oversee kitchen staff, manage food supplies, enforce food safety regulations, and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality control. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a volume institutional or military cooking environment or equivalent culinary education with a passion for client and customer satisfaction. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently in a diverse and fast-paced environment. - high school diploma or GED
- two years of experience in a volume institutional or military cooking environment or an associate's degree from a culinary arts school
