The role available is for an experienced Restaurant Manager who is excited about leading a brunch-only concept restaurant that is fast-paced and continuously growing. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, full-service settings and must be capable of managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations confidently. This is a leadership role that involves taking ownership of restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience every time they visit. The successful Restaurant Manager will be a motivated morning person with passion and dedication toward their team and food. They must be able to lead by example, nurture staff potential, and maintain clear communication both verbally and in writing.
