The role of the Multi-Unit Restaurant Area Supervisor is central to our quest to achieve operational excellence and strong financial performance across multiple restaurant locations. This position involves working closely with General Managers overseeing anywhere from three to five McDonald’s restaurants, ensuring each location upholds the McDonald’s brand standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC&V). As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership, coaching, and support to General Managers and their teams so that each location can maximize sales, guest counts, and profitability within their operations. Ideal candidates for this position bring proven supervisory experience in managing high-performing quick service or hospitality venues, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. Familiarity with fast-paced environments, especially within the QSR sector, is highly valued, but relevant experience in retail or hospitality can also be applicable.
