The Event Experience Manager is a vital member of the TEC team focused on supporting the planning and execution of signature events and community programs throughout Lake Nona and other Tavistock properties. Reporting directly to the Senior Events Manager, this role is essential in bringing new ideas to life while managing the logistics that allow large-scale events to run smoothly from inception through completion. This position requires a high level of creativity, organizational skill, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The Manager will play a key role in enhancing the quality of TEC’s existing programming and will contribute to developing new concepts to keep the Lake Nona community engaged and connected. Alongside the Senior Events Manager, the Event Experience Manager will help coordinate a broad range of activities including community festivals, concerts, and branded activations at Boxi Park. Close interaction with TEC colleagues as well as external vendors and partners is crucial to ensure top-notch event execution and vendor coordination.
Within this role, there is a strong emphasis on guest experience—making sure that every detail from traffic flow to entertainment is managed seamlessly. The Event Experience Manager is responsible not only for creative support but also for operational logistics such as vendor load-in, set-up protocols, and troubleshooting during events. This is a hands-on position that demands flexibility, physical stamina for event setup and breakdown, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
By fostering strong relationships with community partners, vendors, and sponsors, the Event Experience Manager helps maintain the high standards of TEC events while also supporting marketing efforts through on-site representation and communication of event highlights and guest feedback.
