We are currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Inspector IV to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise to inspect aircraft, systems, equipment, and parts to assure compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications and government regulations. The Aircraft Inspector IV is responsible for identifying any deviations from airworthiness standards, ensuring all in-process and final inspections meet the highest quality and safety benchmarks. You will hold inspection authority that includes approving work for return to service, making sure every detail adheres to regulatory and engineering requirements. This position requires a candidate with a thorough understanding of aircraft systems and a proven track record of applying advanced inspection and audit techniques to guarantee that all aircraft components maintain optimal standards. This role demands a high level of precision, technical acumen, and responsibility as it directly impacts the safety, reliability, and operational readiness of the aircraft and systems deployed by SNC. Along with in-depth technical skills, proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite is essential. The capability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is mandatory for this role, emphasizing the sensitive nature of the work and the importance of solid ethical standards and discretion.   • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
  • Active Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
  • Advanced knowledge of aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts
  • Thorough understanding and experience with product audit and inspection processes
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
