The role in focus is the Director of Company Operations, a critical leadership position within RBI that involves overseeing the operational performance of District Managers and Restaurant General Managers across multiple brands. The Director's primary goal is to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence to increase restaurant sales and profitability. This is achieved through strategic business decisions covering operations, employee management, financial performance, equipment upkeep, guest experience, and facility standards. The Director manages a Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility of approximately $50 million and works to meet or exceed sales growth targets, operational improvements, and EBITDA goals, all while prioritizing guest and employee satisfaction. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills to lead, coach, develop, and motivate district and restaurant management teams. The Director is also directly involved in fostering a guest-centric culture and collaborating with stakeholders to pilot and provide feedback on new initiatives. The position involves conducting on-site visits to restaurants, analyzing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with financial and guest satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate will have the experience and capability to recruit and develop high-performing managers who can deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities also include streamlining operational processes for better efficiency and profitability and collaborating extensively with above restaurant leaders to optimize sales, respond to customer feedback, and uphold stringent food safety and operational standards. • Proven experience in operations management within the quick service restaurant industry or similar
