Working as a flexible member of the team, the candidate will often be a floating backup to ensure seamless service across different dining environments, including special events held within the resort, outdoor spaces, and beach areas. Physical stamina is essential, given the demands of working long hours on one’s feet, the need to maintain a brisk pace, and the requirement to lift and carry up to 35 pounds while sometimes working in hot conditions.
