We are currently seeking a Shift Leader to join the dynamic team at Einstein Bros. Bagels. The Shift Leader role is an essential part of the bakery’s daily operations, acting as the critical support to the General Manager and the rest of the team. The position is key in maintaining a motivated workforce and delivering exceptional guest experiences that keep customers coming back. Shift Leaders are entrusted with the responsibility of setting the tone and morale of their teams, providing coaching and feedback, and managing the store's opening and closing procedures with minimal supervision. This role is hands-on and requires a leader who values quality and safety in food preparation and store maintenance. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
