This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated restaurant franchise of Del Taco. Unlike corporate-owned locations, this franchise is managed by an independent franchisee who is solely responsible for all employment-related aspects. This includes decisions regarding hiring, firing, wages, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and overall management of the restaurant workforce. Therefore, anyone hired for this role will be employed directly by the franchisee, not Del Taco LLC. The opening is for a Restaurant Manager role reporting directly to the Area Director. The Restaurant Manager holds a pivotal leadership position entrusted with protecting and promoting the Del Taco brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture strong in teamwork and fun. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent to ensure the store is fully staffed with qualified team members.
