The role of Supervisor, Reservations, within Classic Vacations is pivotal in maintaining the company’s high standards of service and client satisfaction. This position is a full-time, remote opportunity within the Call Center area, reporting directly to the Director of Reservations, ADS. The supervisor leads a dynamic team of Travel Sales Specialists, driving sales excellence and fostering their development to meet and exceed performance targets. The supervisor’s responsibilities go beyond daily operational management; they are charged with inspiring and motivating their team, nurturing a positive and collaborative environment, and ensuring every client interaction reflects The Classic Difference – the company’s hallmark of exceptional service and comprehensive product expertise. In this leadership role, the Supervisor, Reservations is expected to manage team metrics and KPIs, administer performance reviews, and implement corrective actions to ensure operational excellence. They oversee the management of department inboxes, prioritize workloads, and respond to escalations with calm and solution-oriented leadership. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with other internal departments including Outside Sales, Business Development, Product, Operations, and Customer Service to maintain alignment and streamline workflows. Ideal candidates are natural leaders who thrive in fast-paced, service-driven environments and who are passionate about coaching and developing others. They possess strong analytical abilities to interpret performance data and implement actionable improvements. They have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reservation or CRM systems such as Plex, with Smartsheet being an added advantage.   • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years in supervisory or leadership role within reservations, contact center, or hospitality operations
  • proven experience leading high-performing teams in sales and customer service environments
  • demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed performance, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
  • proficiency in sales strategies, performance management, and customer service best practices
  • strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret data and implement action plans
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and inspire others
  • advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • experience with Plex or similar reservation/CRM systems preferred
  • Smartsheet knowledge is a plus
