Individuals in this classification work independently and are responsible for routine inspections and corrective measures to address safety hazards and other maintenance issues. They are expected to prepare reports related to facility conditions, incidents, or violations and assist the public by providing information and support during facility use. This position requires readiness to work nights, weekends, and holidays to cover various event schedules. - Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of GED equivalency diploma
- basic janitorial and/or maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
