The Local Eats Supervisor role is a vital position within the Global Hospitality division, specifically anchored at Raymond James Stadium, the distinguished home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and a premier venue for large-scale stadium events. Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, tasked with elevating the fan experience by delivering unparalleled guest service, managing food and beverage programs, and overseeing concessions, suites, and premium areas during game days, concerts, and special events. This role focuses on the successful management and operation of assigned Local Eats bar locations during events, ensuring the delivery of exceptional hospitality service that matches the venue's prestigious reputation. As a Local Eats Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the assigned bar operations during events, leading a team to deliver exceptional service, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires a meticulous approach to inventory management, cleanliness, and equipment readiness prior to event commencement, alongside a proactive problem-solving mindset to handle guest service issues efficiently. The position demands an individual with strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the capacity to work independently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role demands physical endurance, as shifts may extend up to 12 hours, involving standing, walking, and performing tasks that require mobility such as reaching, bending, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Working conditions include exposure to outdoor elements, including heat and humidity, demanding adaptability and a focus on safety at all times. The supervisor must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, USF games, and significant stadium events, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the venue's dynamic schedule. • Previous bartending and/or bar management experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Elevated time management, organizational and prioritizing skills
• Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to read, speak and write in English
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours in a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators
• Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs
• Outdoor venue, indicative of heat and humidity based on weather conditions
• Work environment may be within extreme temperatures
• Ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus and complete tasks independently
• Make timely decisions in the context of workflow and operation efficiencies
• Ability to communicate and lead teams to complete tasks in situations where timing is essential
• Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF games, and major stadium events
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
