The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in effectively managing and directing restaurant operations in adherence to established guest service standards and sustainability goals. As part of the management team, this individual will contribute to the growth and development of the restaurant by engaging with guests, coaching associates, and overseeing operations that promote consistent quality and brand standards.
This position fulfills an essential leadership function within the food and beverage sector and offers a potential career path that includes progression to Restaurant or Banquet Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, and eventually Food and Beverage Director.
