• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
• Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 30 plus pounds
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
• Ability to bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently
• Self-motivation and time management skills
