Currently, InTown Suites is seeking a highly capable Floating General Manager to join its team. This crucial role involves stepping into the shoes of the General Manager temporarily at individual hotel properties within a designated market, as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager. The Floating General Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure seamless operations during periods when regular General Managers are off duty, on vacation, or otherwise unavailable. This role demands a versatile leader who can manage day-to-day property operations, uphold company standards, and provide effective staff leadership and training.
The Floating General Manager's duties extend beyond covering absences. They will undertake short-term assignments across multiple properties within their market, supporting local marketing initiatives, conducting property staff training, and implementing quality assurance improvements. This position requires frequent travel—potentially up to 90% of the time—to various locations within the market, sometimes including overnight stays. The Floating General Manager plays a key role in driving hotel performance through effective cost and inventory management, fostering guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with safety and security policies.

- Minimum 3 years management and supervisory experience
