The role of Captain at Henry Crown & Company/CC Industries is central to the integrity and safety of the company’s aviation operations. Captains hold the ultimate responsibility for the safe conduct of assigned flights and must ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international regulations, as well as company operations manuals. This leadership position demands a seasoned pilot who exercises final authority over the aircraft, overseeing all aspects of flight operations and ensuring that flights are executed safely and efficiently. With the added responsibility of being the company's most visible representative to passengers, captains must exemplify professionalism, customer service excellence, and decisive operation management. Captains at Henry Crown & Company/CC Industries are expected to perform a wide range of duties including preflight inspections, flight planning, monitoring weather and NOTAMs, ensuring aircraft readiness, weight and balance calculations, and managing all airborne operations with an emphasis on safety and regulatory adherence. They are also tasked with mentoring crew members, responding swiftly to on-call flight assignments, and maintaining security throughout flight operations. This position offers a competitive starting salary range of $109,000 to $125,000, varying based on experience, skills, and location.   • Must hold or be able to obtain an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
  • commercial certificate with airplane instrument and multi-engine ratings
  • valid 1st Class Medical Certificate
  • 500 hours multi-engine time with 200 hours turbine time
  • 2 to 10 years of experience as a Captain or comparable role
  • minimum of 1,500 hours flight time
  • strong knowledge of aircraft systems, flight procedures, and safety protocols
  • ability to safely operate an aircraft and manage in-flight operations
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
