The Maintenance position is critical to maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and welcoming ambiance of the facility. This role focuses on ensuring that every area of the building, both interior and exterior, is kept in pristine condition to leave a strong positive first impression on guests. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, repair work, and maintenance tasks to support operational excellence and guest satisfaction. The maintenance team plays an essential role in supporting other departments by maintaining equipment, managing storage and stock areas, and adhering strictly to safety and sanitation policies. The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Maintenance team members will work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, and must maintain a professional appearance while contributing to a positive work environment where collaboration and morale thrive.
