We are currently seeking a full-time Janitor/Custodian to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a strong work ethic, previous janitorial or custodial experience, and enjoy working in an environment where attention to detail and customer service are equally important. The Janitor/Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderly condition of our service shops, including the main and truck shops. Duties include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing floors, maintaining bathrooms, emptying trash, and performing other assigned tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment. This position requires a candidate who is dedicated, diligent, and eager to contribute to the overall positive experience of our dealership. In addition to routine cleaning responsibilities, the custodian will be expected to have a positive attitude and a can-do mentality, always seeking opportunities to improve the working environment. The role requires someone who is dependable and takes pride in their work, supporting the dealership’s commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have prior janitorial or maintenance experience, and a background in customer service is essential. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also required, as the role may involve tasks necessitating safe vehicle operation or travel within the dealership premises.
