This position encompasses a diverse range of guest service functions, primarily involving driving courtesy vehicles safely along surface streets and freeways to transport guests between the airport, the hotel, and the surrounding local area. Besides driving duties, the associate is also responsible for maintaining the bell station, greeting guests warmly upon arrival, handling guest luggage efficiently, and providing helpful directions and travel recommendations. The role further supports the front desk by answering phones and delivering items to guest rooms, thereby enhancing overall guest experience and operational flow. This position is vital in ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued, as the Guest Service Associate acts as a primary point of contact for transportation and concierge-like assistance. The job requires adherence to all traffic regulations and company policies to provide safe and reliable transportation. Additionally, the associate will assist guests with their luggage using bell carts, maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and baggage areas, and conduct errands as directed by management.
