This particular role is for a Barista position located within a theme park setting. The employment opportunity offers flexible work arrangements, allowing candidates to choose between full-time or part-time schedules. Compensation for this role ranges from $25.05 to $26.55 per hour, reflecting the company's dedication to offering competitive wages. As a Barista at SodexoMagic, you are more than just someone who prepares beverages; you are an artist and a champion of fair-trade products. Your daily tasks will include crafting hand-made, high-quality coffee and other beverages, which involves mastering the preparation of espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks. In addition to beverage crafting, you will be responsible for handling transactions accurately by operating cash registers and managing various forms of payment such as cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness is a crucial part of the position; this includes cleaning coffee machines, preparation areas, dining spaces, and restrooms to ensure a pristine environment for both employees and guests. The position demands punctuality and reliability, with an expectation that you will attend scheduled shifts on time and demonstrate a consistent work ethic. While prior experience as a Barista is preferred, it is not a strict requirement, and Starbucks Barista certification might be necessary in certain locations.
