The company is currently seeking Design Consultants in the Salt Lake City market, offering a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid in three installments over 180 days of active employment. As a Design Consultant, you will help clients transform their homes and workspaces through custom window treatments by leveraging expert training, fresh product lines, and hands-on support from experienced leaders. The primary responsibilities include creating beautiful designs inspired by clients’ visions, managing the sales process from start to finish confidently, and building a high-earning career through both company-generated leads and self-generated appointments. In this role, you will be responsible for matching clients with tailored solutions that fit perfectly, executing sales processes that ensure accuracy, organization, and customer satisfaction, and following up to deliver five-star service that sets 3 Day Blinds apart. Your ability to proactively generate new business using referrals, networking, and smart research will be instrumental in building a winning sales pipeline. Designers at 3 Day Blinds typically earn $80,000 to $90,000 annually in commissions and bonuses, with earning potential influenced by territory and personal drive.
