We are currently looking for a dependable and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that the facility remains spotless, safe, and comfortable for everyone. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all resident and common facility areas. This includes scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and other shared spaces. Restocking supplies promptly is also fundamental to the role; you will ensure all essential items such as paper products and soap are consistently replenished. In addition to physical cleaning duties, the Housekeeper helps create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging respectfully and positively with residents, visitors, and staff on a daily basis. Candidates must be able to physically meet the demands of the position, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential to manage the workload effectively.
