The interim position is designed to fill this role temporarily, with the term potentially lasting up to two years or until a full-time appointment is made. The Assistant Food Service Manager must coordinate daily activities effectively, oversee food storage and utilization, and maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation. The position also involves managing the concession operations, supporting catering services for campus events, and driving to off-site locations as needed.
